Little Angels Swimming lessons

Standard Terms and Conditions

  1. Your child is your responsibility when they are out of the swimming pool both before and at the end of each lesson. The teacher will assume responsibility when the lesson commences, however due to our teaching methods being without armbands we ask that you supervise your child at all times.
  2. Please ensure that the child does not enter the pool until instructed to do so by the teacher.
  3. Please have a towel ready to wrap babies and small children in at the end of each lesson.
  4. Children must not run or play on the poolside.
  5. Please do not leave your child unattended in the changing rooms.
  6. All babies/toddlers must wear swim nappies and appropriate swimwear.
  7. Children must not attend lessons within 48 hours of having sickness/diarrhoea.
  8. Children must not eat within an hour of their swimming lessons. Vomiting in the pool will result in pool evacuation and cancellation of lessons.
  9. Food is prohibited within the pool premises.
  10. All used nappies and swim nappies must be taken home with you. Please do not dispose of nappies in bins located within the changing rooms.
  11. Payment for each course of lessons is due in full, in advance by the date stated on the invoice. Parents who fail to pay may find that their child’s place has been allocated to another child.
  12. Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer. Credit/debit cards are accepted with a 3% charge.
  13. Little Angels does not offer ‘lesson credits’ or refunds for children who fail to turn up for their lessons. Please give as much notice as possible of any absences.
  14. One “Catchup lesson” will be offered per term, by prior arrangement in the event that suitable notice is given of an absence and will only be offered if a suitable space is available within that term. This may not be exchanged for a refund/credit or family swim.
  15. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted within a current term although without prejudice each request will be reviewed on an individual basis. Requests for cancellation due to medical reasons where a doctor’s note is provided will be granted. In the event that a refund is given an admin fee will apply.
